1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Seekee, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

If you use the services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be legally able to use the services in your location.
• You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account unless the activity results from our failure to meet our obligations.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Seekee for lawful personal or internal purposes, including searching information, browsing trends, generating images, saving content, and sharing outputs in accordance with these Terms.

4. User Content and AI Output

You are responsible for prompts, uploads, reference images, generated images, saved items, and any content you export or share.

You retain rights you have in your content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, store, display, transmit, and reproduce your content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the services.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or similar to content generated for other users. You must review output before using it.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Do not violate laws, third-party rights, platform policies, or these Terms.
• Do not upload, generate, distribute, or request unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or privacy-invasive content.
• Do not misuse the services for fraud, harassment, impersonation, security attacks, scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized automation.
• Do not interfere with service security, availability, limits, or normal operation.

6. Third-Party Services

Seekee may display or link to third-party content, websites, app store services, payment providers, analytics tools, or AI infrastructure providers. Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, products, or data practices that we do not control.

7. Paid Features

Some features may require payment or membership. Prices, renewal rules, and included benefits will be shown before purchase where applicable.

Membership and subscription details are also governed by the Membership Terms.

8. Availability and Disclaimers

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the services when needed for maintenance, security, legal, product, or business reasons.

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or that generated content will meet every expectation.

9. Liability and Termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or used the services unlawfully. You may stop using the services at any time.

10. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws and courts with proper jurisdiction over the service provider, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
