This Privacy Policy explains how Corncob handles information when you use our website, app, AI image generation, AI-powered search, trending news, membership features, and related services.

1. Scope and Acceptance

This policy applies to services provided under the Corncob name. By using the services, you acknowledge that we may process information as described in this policy.

If you do not agree with this policy, please stop using the services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information needed to provide, secure, support, and improve Corncob. This may include:

Account or contact information, such as email address, login identifiers, and support messages.
Usage information, such as searches, viewed topics, saved items, prompts, generation settings, and interaction records.
Content you provide, such as text prompts, uploaded reference images, generated images, and feedback.
Device and technical information, such as device type, operating system, IP address, language, approximate region, crash logs, and analytics events.
Purchase and entitlement information for memberships or paid features. Payment card details are generally processed by platform payment providers and not stored directly by us.

3. Face Data

This section explains Corncob’s practices regarding face data. Corncob does not collect, scan, analyze, identify, extract, create, store, retain, disclose, share, sell, or otherwise process face data.

What face data Corncob collects

Corncob does not collect any face data. Corncob does not use facial recognition, face detection, face tracking, face mapping, face geometry, face templates, faceprints, biometric identifiers, facial landmarks, depth maps, expression analysis, identity matching, liveness checks, or any other technology designed to detect, measure, identify, authenticate, or recognize a person from their face.

Corncob does not request or require users to submit face data for AI image generation, AI-powered search, trending news, account access, membership, support, personalization, analytics, advertising, security, or any other feature.

Images that may visually contain a face

A user may voluntarily upload a reference image or create an AI-generated image that visually contains a human face. Corncob does not treat such images as biometric face data, and Corncob does not extract, measure, identify, classify, verify, authenticate, or save any face template, faceprint, facial geometry, facial landmark, biometric identifier, or facial identifier from those images.

Any uploaded reference image or generated image is handled only as user-provided content for the requested app feature. Corncob does not use that content to identify a person, build a biometric profile, train a facial recognition system, or create a database of faces.

Use, disclosure, sharing, and sale of face data

Because Corncob does not collect face data, there is no planned or actual use of face data. Corncob does not use face data for authentication, identification, personalization, analytics, advertising, AI training, model improvement, content ranking, safety scoring, user profiling, or any other purpose.

Corncob does not disclose, share, sell, rent, license, transfer, or otherwise provide face data to any third party. This includes analytics providers, advertising providers, cloud providers, AI providers, payment providers, app stores, support providers, affiliates, business partners, or any other external party.

Storage location

Because Corncob does not collect or store face data, there is no storage location for face data. Corncob does not store face data on the user’s device, on Corncob servers, in cloud storage, in databases, in backups, in logs, or with third-party service providers.

Retention and deletion

Because Corncob does not collect or store face data, face data is retained for zero time. There is no face data retention period, and there are no retained face data records to delete.

If you believe you have uploaded or generated ordinary image content that should be removed from your account, device history, or available in-app records, you may use available in-app controls or contact us at connect@corncobse.com for assistance. This request concerns user content only and not biometric face data, because Corncob does not collect biometric face data.

Where this policy explains face data practices

Corncob’s collection, use, disclosure, sharing, storage, retention, and deletion practices for face data are described in this Privacy Policy under Section 3, “Face Data.” The specific clauses are contained in the subsections titled “What face data Corncob collects,” “Images that may visually contain a face,” “Use, disclosure, sharing, and sale of face data,” “Storage location,” and “Retention and deletion.”

4. How We Use Information

To provide AI image generation, AI-powered search, trending news, saving, sharing, membership, and support features.
To operate accounts, verify membership access, process requests, and respond to user inquiries.
To improve reliability, safety, product quality, user experience, and abuse prevention.
To send necessary service notices, billing notices, policy updates, and support responses.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

5. AI and Content Processing

Prompts, reference images, generated images, and related metadata may be processed by us or our service providers so requested AI features can operate.

Generated results may be imperfect, unexpected, or similar to outputs created for other users. Please review generated content before relying on, publishing, or sharing it.

7. Retention and Security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for service operation, legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, accounting, and backup purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information where applicable law allows.
You may manage some history, saved items, and account settings through the app when those controls are available.
You may control cookies or local storage through your browser or device settings, although some features may not work properly if disabled.

9. Children

Corncob is not intended for children below the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without proper consent.
